Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Stakeholder Strategy Lead in the United States to own lifecycle-based external engagement for a therapeutic area. The role defines who BI engages, why, and what objectives it advances, with annual planning and prioritized partnerships across senior experts.

The position requires extensive experience in Medical Affairs, external relations and strategic planning, and involves domestic/international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a scientific, medical, business or related field plus 10 years of pharma/healthcare experience.
• Alternative: advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual TA stakeholder engagement strategy and the integrated plan.
• Map, tier and prioritise external experts and HCPs using defined criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance for external engagement across Medical, AMAs and Global teams.
• Lead and develop Stakeholder Operations Leads to ensure execution of the strategy.
