You will coordinate schedules, contracts, and compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with senior external stakeholders and coordinating with Medical Affairs, Legal and procurement teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with extensive pharma/biotech experience.
• Advanced degree is preferred, with several years in pharmaceutical operations or Medical Affairs.
• Strong external relationship management and compliance knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement planning and execution across congresses, boards and expert meetings.
• Maintain stakeholder relationship history and provide insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliant contracting, honoraria and meeting logistics.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance and Procurement.
• Operate engagement systems and reporting for visibility.
