Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years in pharma/biotech or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred with at least 3–4 years in industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing engagement plans and maintain stakeholder relationship continuity.
• Plan and execute congresses, advisory boards, scientific exchanges, and other approved engagements.
• Ensure contracting, honoraria and compliance requirements are met on time.
• Maintain accurate engagement data in designated systems and generate actionable insights.
