You will map expert landscapes, develop annual engagement plans, and coordinate governance across Medical Affairs, Global and Commercial teams, with travel as needed.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, business or related discipline with 10+ years in pharma/healthcare.
- Or advanced scientific/clinical/business degree with 8+ years in industry.
- Experience in external expert engagement Strategy, Medical Affairs or related field.
- Ability to map, tier and prioritize external expert landscape using defined criteria.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influence without authority.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
Aufgaben
- Own annual TA stakeholder engagement strategy and integrated engagement plan.
- Define expert landscape mapping, tiering and prioritization.
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement governance across Medical Affairs and Commercial teams.
- Lead budgeting, administration and governance for engagement activities.
- Lead 2-3 Stakeholder Operations Leads to drive execution.
