You will coordinate with Medical Affairs, Compliance and vendors to ensure compliant, timely engagement and insightful relationship data. The role demands strong relationship management, regulatory acumen, and ability to move multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in pharma/biotech/devices; advanced degree may add 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ongoing contact for prioritized external experts; maintain relationships aligned to TA objectives.
• Maintain engagement history, priorities, influence networks, and cross-functional touchpoints.
• Operationalize stakeholder engagement plans including execution requirements and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams around objectives and escalations affecting continuity.
• Identify risks and escalate trade-offs to Stakeholder Strategy Lead and TA leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, briefing material, and documentation for congress and advisory activities.
• Ensure contracting, honoraria and related requirements are completed compliantly with Legal/Compliance.
