Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Director, Stakeholder Strategy Lead (Oncology / Emerging Areas) to own the lifecycle-based external engagement strategy for the assigned therapeutic area.
You will map expert landscapes, develop annual engagement plans, and coordinate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, and Global stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-impact engagement with senior external experts and organizations.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in science, medicine, business or related field with 8–10+ years in pharma/healthcare.
- Advanced scientific, clinical or business degrees with 8+ years in industry preferred.
- Experience in external expert engagement strategy and medical affairs or related field.
Responsabilités
- Own annual stakeholder engagement strategy and integrated planning for assigned therapeutic area.
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement governance across Medical Affairs, MSLs, and commercial teams.
- Lead definition and prioritization of external expert landscape and partnerships.
- Manage scheduling, alignment of objectives, and compliance for external engagements.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
