Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in the United States is seeking a Stakeholder Operations Lead to manage external expert relationships, plan engagement activities across congresses and boards, and ensure compliant execution. Reporting to the Stakeholder Strategy Lead, you will coordinate timelines, budgets and documentation for priority engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum six years of experience in pharma/biotech/diagnostic industries.
Advanced degree preferred with at least three years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain ongoing engagement with assigned external experts and coordinate across teams.
Coordinate schedules, logistics, and briefing materials for engagement activities.
Ensure compliance, readiness and proper documentation for interactions.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Procurement to fulfill engagement objectives.
Provide engagement analytics and reporting to stakeholders.
