Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Sr. AD, Stakeholder Operations Lead (Oncology) to drive external expert engagement strategy and operational execution in support of therapeutic area priorities.

The role maintains complex relationships with external experts, coordinates congresses, advisory boards, and scientific exchanges, and ensures compliant execution across Medical Affairs units. Travel domestically and internationally will be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of six (6) years in pharma/biotech/device/diagnostic industry.
• Advanced degree preferred, with a minimum of three (3) years relevant industry experience.
• Strong external relationship-management and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and engagement-management systems; data accuracy in reporting.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain ongoing relationships with prioritized external experts and align to engagement objectives.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and documentation for congresses, advisory boards and meetings.
• Ensure contracting, honoraria and related compliance requirements are met on time.
• Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to support engagement workflows.
• Capture and report engagement insights to inform planning and decision-making.
