Job summary
Boehringer Ingelheim invites a Director, Stakeholder Strategy Lead - ILD / Lung to drive lifecycle-based external HCP and expert engagement strategy for a defined therapeutic area. You will map experts, set annual engagement plans and coordinate cross-functional governance to maximize scientific impact and compliant engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in pharma, biotechnology or healthcare industry.
- Advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in external expert engagement strategy, Medical Affairs, or related field.
- Ability to build, tier and maintain a complex external expert landscape using defined criteria.
Responsibilities
- Map and tier external expert universe against defined criteria.
- Own annual stakeholder engagement strategy and integrated plan.
- Coordinate governance across Medical Affairs, MSLs and Commercial.
- Lead cross-functional engagement to present one coordinated approach to experts.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
