Job summary

Leap Brands seeks an Experience Design Director to define and lead the strategy, vision, and end-to-end execution of customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. You will oversee UX, UI, service design, IA, interaction design, and journey optimization to drive satisfaction and growth.

Partnering with Product, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Technology, Analytics, Research and Operations, you will build scalable design capabilities, governance, and data-driven practices that align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX, Product or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in UX or Experience Design.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Experience delivering customer-centered experiences across web, mobile, eCommerce, SaaS, or omnichannel.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Experience Design strategy and roadmap.
• Develop customer-centric experiences across digital, mobile, eCommerce, retail, and omnichannel environments.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams (UX, UI, Product, Service, Research, IA, Interaction, Visual).
• Drive measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
