Digitas seeks an experienced Experience Design Leader to guide multi-disciplinary teams in creating impactful digital experiences. You will mentor designers, drive design systems, and ensure alignment with business goals while collaborating with stakeholders across product, engineering and marketing.

We value a strong portfolio, deep UX fundamentals, and leadership experience. This role emphasizes collaborative, data-informed design in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree is required with formal design education.
• 7–9+ years experience in design or related roles.
• Research experience is a plus and strong portfolio is essential.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and social platforms is helpful.
• Creative agency experience and CRM familiarity are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers and content strategists to on-time, quality deliverables.
• Own portfolio quality and collaborate across disciplines to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to realize vision.
• Mentor junior talent and manage day-to-day project work.
• Advocate for user-centered design and business impact.
