Ladders is seeking a Director of User Experience Design to shape end-to-end UX strategy across consumer, employee, web, app, and in-store touchpoints. This leader will elevate UX quality while driving measurable improvements in conversion and retention, and guide AI integration into digital experiences.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team through rapid ideation, prototyping, and reviews, with a practical business lens and strong design vision to impact global retail outcomes.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in a design-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in UX or product design with global e-commerce focus.
• 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience with AI prototyping and coding tools across web, app, and in-store.
• Strong storytelling with a portfolio showing leadership and business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a transformative vision for user experience across the organization's ecosystem.
• Champion design thinking and UX best practices organization-wide.
• Set and uphold design quality standards through critiques and reviews.
• Align design work with business outcomes like conversion and retention.
