Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Head of B2B Events to run a program of invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives at our clients and prospects. You will own each event end to end: concept, venue and vendors, invitation strategy, guest list with commercial teams, budget and contracts, and on-site hosting.

You will measure every event by the meetings and pipeline it produces and report results to marketing and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing international or destination events.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end, hosted by senior leaders.
• Set invitation strategy with commercial teams and build guest lists.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendors, including venues and catering.
• Measure results by attendees and pipeline impact in the CRM.
• Build the annual signature events calendar and playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
