Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee EO program to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company policies.
• Lead a team of EO Managers and collaborate with HR, employee relations, and stakeholders.
• Manage sensitive EO matters and provide timely guidance and mediation.
• Engage with global HR and leadership to mitigate EO-related risks.
• Develop and communicate EO strategies, procedures, and timelines.
