Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Director in IT or operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define prerequisites, business status planning, stakeholder coordination and communications.
• Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and procedures to meet group needs.
• Analyze data and trends to propose new projects and improve existing programs.
• Plan, organize and execute end-user reviews to assess program execution.
• Identify interdependencies to meet project delivery models across teams.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and regular status updates.
