Responsibilities

• Provide HR field support for an allotted client group at Delta Carriers, Inc.
• Ensure the compelling and steady delivery of HR services including instructing and directing staff and executives, staff selection and determination, execution of board programs, authority viability, pay, and providing HR initiatives.
• Support the In‑Flight Administration Division and be based in California at the Remiss air terminal.
• Address client needs and execute administrative communication frameworks.
• Develop integrated solutions for business issues.
• Act as an employee and company advocate capable of adjusting decision‑making appropriately.
