Job summary

You will partner with HR, safety, and leadership to mitigate EO risks and improve processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HRM or related field, 6+ years in HR/EO, strong data storytelling, and experience managing a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years of HR or Equal Opportunity experience.
• Experience in termination, EO investigations and related processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Privacy-focused handling of non-public information.
• Ability to lead a growing team.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required or willingness to receive it for U.S. assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, mentorship and training across all units; apply policies and EO duties.
• Build rapport with HR leaders and partners to mitigate EO-related risks.
• Evaluate sensitive EO matters and provide objective mediation solutions.
• Create, expand and communicate new EO processes and tools.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving EO laws and ensure compliance.
• Provide reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders on EO metrics.
• Participate in EO governance and testify in governmental complaints when appropriate.
• Stay current on EO-related laws and best practices.
