- Experience in labor relations.

- Formulates the assigned BU’s strategy and go-to-market programs.
- Defines success metrics and aligns BU objectives with company strategy.
- Manages strategic alliances to enhance service offerings.
- Markets relationships to external partners and internal customers.
- Collaborates with product development, marketing and sales on joint GTM activities.
- Supports content creation and marketing messaging for value propositions.
