Republic Services is seeking a Business Unit Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for assigned markets. You will partner with General Managers and leaders to drive decision support and maintain financial rigor across budgets and strategic initiatives.

You will own annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning, develop insights for pricing and profitability, and coordinate with corporate functions to improve reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of related financial experience.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads financial modeling and forecasting across markets to measure impact of decisions and capital investments.
• Owns annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned markets; manages workflow and data reviews.
• Drives standardized financial reporting to increase speed, accuracy and insights.
• Supports pricing, profitability analyses, and market development projects.
• Partners with Corporate and area financial management to identify risks, opportunities and gaps; ensures internal controls and audits.
