Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related discipline
• 10 years’ experience in Strategy/Operations/Consulting or related roles
• 7 years of management experience and/or leading teams/projects
• 7 years of experience in complex, matrixed environments across multiple businesses
• Preferred: 5 years of aggregate project experience in Healthcare (payor/provider)
• Lean Six Sigma or HCD certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop staff; manage day-to-day department operations; budget responsibility possible
• Drive P&L and strategic value; scope and deliver large and small consulting projects
• Own engagement deliverables, resources, and outcomes within the portfolio
