Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, IT, or related discipline.
• Ten years of Strategy/Operations/HC consulting or similar corporate experience.
• Seven years in management or leading teams/projects of varying size/complexity.
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses.
• Healthcare industry exposure (payor/provider) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, performance, rewards, and staff productivity.
• Drive P&L and strategic value; identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver consulting projects.
• Own engagement deliverables, resources, and outcomes within the portfolio.
