Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to drive enterprise initiatives within the organization. The role involves project leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute enterprise strategy.

The incumbent will work on a portfolio of initiatives across business units, contribute to planning and communication, and mentor teams while advancing organizational capabilities and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Master’s Degree in Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise; role includes team leadership, problem-solving, data analysis, project management, communication, and implementation support.
• Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and the key business units.
• Support the team in identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to the initiative's success.
• Support the identification of initiative impacts with other strategic initiatives to ensure alignment of the overall strategy.
• Help develop standard analytics and processes to use in leading strategic initiatives.
• Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
