Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a seasoned Portfolio/Program leader to identify, develop, and direct a portfolio of strategic projects across a business unit. You will drive the full project lifecycle, deliver results during implementation, and influence leaders in a heavily matrixed organization to transform operations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or similar experience from a consulting‑oriented role in a corporate environment or private equity firm.
• 7 years of management experience and/or experience leading teams and/or projects of varying size and complexity
• 7 years of working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
• 5 years of aggregate project experience from the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and direct a portfolio of projects designed to meet/exceed key performance metrics for a business unit.
• Drive overall project execution and be responsible for all deliverables, outputs, and short/long-term results, including implementation phase.
• Apply strategic problem-solving frameworks and quantitative analysis to drive organizational transformation.
