Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Project/Portfolio Manager to identify, develop, and direct a portfolio of strategic projects across business units. You will drive project execution, deliverables, and outcomes with a deep consulting perspective and transformation focus.

The role requires 10 years in Strategy/Operations or related consulting experience, plus 7 years in management and matrixed environments; healthcare exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related discipline
• 10 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice in consulting or equivalent
• 7 years of management experience and/or leading teams or projects of varying size and complexity
• 7 years of experience in complex, matrixed environments across multiple businesses
• 5 years of aggregate project experience in Healthcare (payor/provider) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of projects and drive P&L and strategic value for the enterprise
• Collaborate with senior leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver large- and small-scale consulting projects
• Own engagement deliverables, resources (internal & external) and outcomes within the portfolio
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
