Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work in Business or Healthcare.
• 2 years of consulting experience (external or internal) or equivalent.
• 6 years of experience in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise and portfolio of projects.
• Participate in development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units.
• Support identification and resolution of complex issues critical to initiative success.
• Support alignment of initiative impacts with other strategic initiatives.
• Help develop standard analytics and processes for leading strategic initiatives.
• Shape the culture and skill set of the organization.
