Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in San Mateo hires a seasoned leader to head the Business Systems Product team within the CIO organization. You will own the full product functions across Quote-to-Cash, Attract-to-Hire-to-Retire, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report, driving strategy and roadmaps for enterprise systems used by partners, customers, employees, and executives.

You will manage 6–10 PMs, ensure systems are scalable, intuitive, and SOX-ready, and align stakeholders to a shared vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Finance, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in product management, business systems, or related role.
• Experience leading product managers and managing managers a plus.
• End-to-end ownership of enterprise systems across functions.
• Experience across external-facing and internal systems with equal quality standards.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday or similar platforms; data interrogation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the systems roadmap for multiple enterprise functions (Q2C, Attract-to-Hire-to-Retire, P2P, R2R).
• Lead a team of PMs and analysts; define make-vs-buy and manage TCO.
• Build a scalable, user-friendly platform across partner, finance, supply chain, and HR systems.
• Ensure SOX-ready controls and data warehouse integrations; partner with design on UX.
