Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Business Systems Lead for Procure-to-Pay in San Francisco, CA. You will design, build, and operate integrations across Oracle Fusion, Zip, and connected platforms to power procurement workflows.

You will own the technical roadmap, write production code, and collaborate with Procurement, AP, and Finance to ensure accurate, auditable transactions while driving scalable automation and secure data flows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, software engineering, or business systems engineering.
• Proven ability to write, review, test, and debug production code in Python/TypeScript; proficient in SQL for data investigation.
• Experience integrating with Oracle Fusion and understanding procurement/payables data flows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate integrations across Oracle Fusion, Zip, and connected systems.
• Build first-party procurement applications, backend services, and user-facing workflows.
• Write maintainable code with tests, version control, and reliable deployment practices.
• Define data contracts, mappings, and durable identifiers.
• Own technical testing, release readiness, and production health for procurement apps.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows within company tech stack.
• Make targeted configuration changes in procurement platforms with stakeholders.
• Own long-term procurement apps roadmap and reusable capabilities.
• Ensure secure access, auditable transactions, and error handling across systems.
