CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise-level project controls across a broad portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal projects. You will drive governance, digital transformation, and integrated design-build execution with cross-functional partners to deliver profitable, predictable results.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP or PgM certification.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required; travel may be required.
• Experience in municipal, industrial, and federal project portfolios welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, earned value, and change management.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights on margin and performance.
• Lead modernization of platforms, workflows, and reporting.
• Manage document controls and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with leaders to improve predictability and profitability.
• Develop talent and build a distributed team of schedulers and cost controllers.
