Job summary

ANA is seeking a Director of Enterprise Process Transformation in Henderson, NV to own the design and governance of ANA’s end-to-end business processes across operations, HR, finance, IT, sales, and supply chain. You will create a unified process architecture and ensure adoption across systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce, and Power BI.

This onsite role reports to the VP of Finance and IT, leading cross-functional change, driving automation, data governance, and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, information systems, or related fields.
• 10–15+ years leading enterprise process transformation, ERP architecture, and business systems implementations.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional change across multiple departments and systems.

Responsibilities

• Map and document ANA’s core end-to-end workflows (Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.).
• Translate business processes into documented system workflows across Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and BI tools.
• Establish governance for how processes are created, modified, and maintained.
• Drive automation, standardization, and data governance to improve efficiency.
• Ensure system adoption and enablement through leadership partnership and training.
