Job summary

Electro-Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications and Analytics to lead strategic governance and optimization of ERP, CRM, HCM, BI, and data platforms. You will align tech investments with business goals and coordinate integration for mergers and acquisitions.

This executive role oversees roadmap, data strategy, analytics, and cross-functional partnerships, driving standardized processes, security, and scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications and analytics.
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing technical teams.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, BI implementations.
• Proven experience leading IT integrations for mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise applications roadmap and governance.
• Oversee analytics, dashboards, data warehousing, and BI platforms.
• Direct IT due diligence and integration post-merger activities.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams and budgets.
