Job summary

Alliance North America (ANA) is seeking a Senior Software Manager to lead the software team onsite in Henderson, NV. You will partner with the Director of Software Development, stakeholders, Product Management, and R&D to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

The role requires strong leadership of agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD, and cross-functional collaboration across cloud services, Telematics, and edge devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Software/Computer Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software development team day to day, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Define software tasking and delivery schedules with Director of Software Development.
• Translate business and product needs into technical requirements and sprint deliverables for the team.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership.
• Mentor junior engineers with technical leadership.
