Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Business Performance Director to lead Process Intelligence initiatives across enterprise transformation. You will drive execution, enable scalable capabilities, and partner with senior stakeholders to realize value from process mining, analytics, and automation.

You will oversee governance, KPIs, and operating models, guiding cross-functional teams through complex programs while delivering measurable business impact and sustained improvements in performance across functions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in data science, analytics, engineering, or related field
• Experience leading large cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong background in process intelligence, analytics, and performance management

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Process Intelligence activities across prioritized enterprise transformation initiatives
• Develop and scale capabilities to support adoption across business units
• Establish governance, KPIs, and value-tracking aligned with enterprise goals
• Partner with RDO, DTI, and business teams to drive adoption and outcomes
• Oversee deployment of process mining, analytics tools, and data-driven insights
• Mentor and uplift capability across teams to sustain improvements
