Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive L&D experience with at least 3 years in a manager or senior role.
• Demonstrated experience building training programs from scratch.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch enterprise-wide learning programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Manage ongoing LMS administration and training calendar.
