Job summary

Batesville is seeking a Manager, Learning and Development to lead enterprise-wide training across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and corporate functions. You will build leadership, technical, compliance, and sales programs, align priorities with business needs, and own LMS, vendor relationships, and program measurement.

Responsibilities include designing leadership development, partnering with leaders to close skill gaps, and delivering onboarding programs while managing the L&D budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of learning & development, training, or organizational development experience.
• Expert in adult learning theory and instructional design methods.
• Expert in leadership and management development program design and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide L&D strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Design and deliver leadership development, management training, and career development programs.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify skill gaps and build training programs.
• Own LMS strategy, content catalog, tracking, and reporting on learning effectiveness.
• Lead onboarding and new-hire training to accelerate productivity and reinforce operating systems.
• Evaluate vendors and external content providers to supplement internal capabilities.
• Establish metrics to measure impact on engagement, retention, and performance.
