Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a senior Deployment Program Lead to establish the local deployment team and oversee governance, staffing, and readiness for a major software deployment. The role requires coordinating across functional and business areas to ensure continuity and a smooth go-live process.

You will own data privacy alignment, change management, and communications, driving adoption and stability across the deployment lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service processes and Quality Management System is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading large projects as a Project Manager.
PM certification is highly desirable; degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish the local deployment team across functional and business areas.
Ensure effective staffing and resource monitoring throughout deployment.
Support local deployment ensuring business continuity and service stability before, during and after implementation.
Own Project Management governance, execution control and adherence to program standards for the deployment.
Own overall business readiness and service operations continuity.
Be accountable for PM governance and for Quality & Compliance within the Deployment Implementation Team end-to-end deployment RACI.
Be accountable for Data Privacy and governing privacy-related alignment across the deployment.
Be accountable for Organizational Change Management and Communications across the deployment.
Define business objectives and acceptance criteria for Cutover, Hypercare and transition to operations.
Monitor deployment progress, service performance and quality; trigger corrective actions.
Approve and release milestones from the business perspective, including readiness, data migration, go-live and Hypercare exit.
Identify and manage business risks and service delivery risks; act as escalation authority.
Drive user adoption from a business ownership perspective and ensure productivity realization.
