maxRTE in Austin is seeking a Head of Implementation to own end-to-end client onboardings for enterprise healthcare providers. You will lead technical configuration, workflow validation, and value realization, while also building and managing a team.

You will work directly with revenue-cycle executives, IT, and operations to translate complex requirements into software configurations and scalable onboarding processes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of hands-on experience leading complex software onboardings and implementations in a client-facing role.
• Strong technical aptitude with data transmission methods and system integrations.
• Ability to lead strategic calls with executives as well as hands-on configuration and data pipeline validation.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle for new and expansion clients.
• Set up and maintain client instances within the platform, applying rules and mappings.
• Guide data exchange with SFTP setups, batch processing, real-time integrations, and API workflows.
