Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Data to unify and lead the Enterprise Data organization, spanning product strategy, data engineering, and governance. This executive will align data initiatives with business objectives and communicate progress to the C-suite and board.

The role oversees a 30+ person data team, builds scalable platforms for real-time operations and long-term planning, and ensures data quality, security, and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; 15+ years in data management, engineering, analytics
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams (30+ people) in enterprise data
• Experience with SOX compliance and data governance practices
• Strong communication with C-suite and board-level audiences

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year Enterprise Data strategy aligned with company plan
• Lead portfolio prioritization across data product and engineering workstreams
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data platforms and engineering solutions
• Build and lead a 30+ data professional organization across locations
• Partner with Audit, Legal, Risk on regulatory compliance and data protection
