You will collaborate with senior leaders to define strategy, coach talent, and contribute technically on high-impact projects, driving measurable business value while advancing governance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science and production ML systems.
• 5+ years leading data science teams.
• Experience deploying ML in production with ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for data science and ML capabilities.
• Partner with marketing, operations, revenue, and technology leadership to deliver analytical solutions.
• Lead a small team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure production-grade, auditable ML systems.
