Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Data to lead and unify the Enterprise Data organization, aligning data strategy with business goals and governing data across the enterprise. The role reports to the Technology leadership and partners with the CIO, CFO, and senior executives.

The function oversees Data Product, Data Engineering & Architecture, and Data Governance, delivering real-time and long-term data capabilities at scale for a publicly traded REIT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 15+ years progressive experience in data management, engineering, product management, and/or enterprise analytics.
• 8+ years in senior leadership managing large teams (30+).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership over the Enterprise Data organization.
• Lead 30+ data professionals across product management, product ownership, and engineering.
• Define multi-year Enterprise Data strategy aligned with the 3-year plan and roadmap.
• Establish data governance, quality, lineage, catalog, and access controls.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data products with high quality and ROI.
