Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Data to unify our data strategy and governance across the organization. You will lead a 30+ person data team spanning product, engineering, and analytics, and partner with the C-suite to prioritize data initiatives aligned with growth and compliance.

You will drive data platforms, governance, and analytics capabilities, ensuring real-time operations and long-term planning deliver measurable value while managing budgets and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership over the Enterprise Data organization (30+ data professionals).
• Oversee strategy, governance, and delivery of data platforms and analytics products.
• Collaborate with C-suite to translate data initiatives into business value and ROI.
• Drive SDLC/CI/CD practices and manage the data tech budget and vendor relationships.
