Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. seeks a Lead, Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen governance across the organization. You will define frameworks and operating models to enable trusted data and responsible AI, partnering with legal, privacy, security, and risk teams.

You will drive roadmaps, implement policies, and shepherd governance adoption through cross-functional collaboration, while aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years related experience or Master's with 6 years.
• 2+ years of ERP/master data platform experience; SAP acumen preferred.
• Experience with data governance, AI governance, process improvement, and change management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional governance initiatives with limited oversight.
• Ability to manage roadmaps and translate governance requirements into system changes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks and roles.
• Define and implement policies and standards for data and responsible AI governance.
• Facilitate governance councils and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption.
• Manage the data and AI governance roadmap with milestones and risks.
• Oversee system changes and adoption activities supporting operations.
• Partner with business and tech teams to embed governance into platforms and reporting.
• Define and monitor KPIs for governance maturity and AI effectiveness.
• Assess governance maturity, identify gaps, and track remediation.
• Serve as SME for governance concepts and AI oversight.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to improve metadata and data sharing.
