Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sales or account management with Enterprise clients (tech/SaaS/advertising/retail media).
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with passion for problem-solving and innovation.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and hitting targets.
• Basic proficiency in SQL with ability to adjust/refine queries.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to monitor merchant operational health and drive product adoption.
• Co-own and manage relationships with key restaurant brands to achieve growth goals.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and communicate product value.
