Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager on the GDP Delivery team to ensure merchant success across Uber's delivery platform.

You will work at the intersection of operations, data, and relationship management to drive real outcomes for merchant partners. You will diagnose performance gaps, design data-backed solutions, drive product adoption, and partner with Account Managers to support upsell and cross‑sell efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-time experience.
• Experience in B2B operations — Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or upper management in retail/food industry.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance gaps and design data-backed solutions to improve merchant health.
• Monitor merchant performance and prepare QBRs; translate insights for AMs and leadership.
• Drive product adoption and pilot programs to increase feature utilization and merchant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to share feedback and align on strategy; travel as needed.
• Identify at-risk storefronts and develop retention plans to reduce churn.
