Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager on the GDP Delivery team to ensure merchant success across the Uber delivery platform. You will own merchant health end-to-end, diagnose issues, design data-backed solutions, and drive product adoption to enable revenue growth.

You will work with Account Managers and cross-functional partners, travel as needed, and help optimize operational health, customer experience, and financial performance for merchant partners.

Qualificações

• Four+ years of full-time experience in B2B operations or customer success.
• Experience in a role supporting merchants or accounts in a retail/food context.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose performance gaps and design data-backed solutions to improve merchant health.
• Drive product adoption and pilot programs to increase feature utilization.
