GSK is seeking a visionary Senior Director to build and lead the Automation Acceleration Hub, reporting to the CTO. You will unify AI engineering, intelligent automation, and DevSecOps platforms across global teams to accelerate enterprise-scale delivery and measurable business impact.

You will establish governance, drive adoption of AI-first practices, and partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to operate in regulated environments.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in technology leadership with AI/automation delivery at scale.
• Experience owning enterprise AI/automation delivery in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex strategies into action.
• Global leadership with teams across US/UK/India.
