Job summary

GSK in the United States is seeking a Director of Market Intelligence to lead market research strategy and AI-enabled insights that inform commercial decisions. You will synthesize primary and secondary data, collaborate with analytics and global teams, and advance AI-driven methodologies for timely, actionable opportunities.

The role reports to the Commercial Insights leadership and requires strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management across BU teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Market research experience in a commercial Biopharma company.
• Methodological knowledge of and experience in market research approaches with continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to use market research results to influence decisions.
• Evidence of business acumen, cross-team collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience applying AI tools to accelerate synthesis, study design and insight delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketers to plan and execute market research, leveraging AI tools.
• Manage ongoing research projects and ensure milestones are met.
• Communicate core findings with stakeholder-ready narratives and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with analytics and global Insights to integrate data sources.
• Lead AI-assisted vendor evaluation and score proposals.
• Drive customer journey work and map HCP/patient pathways with AI.
• Coach Market Intelligence team on best practices and AI usage.
