Job summary

GSK seeks a product leader to drive how AI and digital products transform Patient Services, improving patient and provider experiences and speeding access to therapy. You will partner with hub teams, patients, and providers to identify the biggest impact, own end-to-end delivery from discovery to production, and ensure responsible AI and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/digital products in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience with CRM platforms and patient engagement programs.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery methodologies.
• Experience with privacy, security, or compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Patient Services, Operations, Privacy, Compliance, Tech, and Data to translate pain points into problem statements.
• Identify where AI and digital products create value across CRM, portals, apps, enrollment, and case management.
• Build business cases with clear benefits, costs and success measures; own product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and vendors through design, build, evaluation and deployment in Agile/Scrum.
• Ensure data foundation, data quality, lineage and PHI exchanges; manage data integrations.
• Set quality bar for AI solutions and monitor production performance; manage versioning and drift.
• Ensure responsible AI use with governance, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage budgets, timelines and vendor performance; drive adoption and SOP updates.
