Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks an AI Transformation and Enablement Director to define strategy and a multi-year roadmap for Development Operations. You will own adoption, tooling choices, and the operating model across the function, collaborating with DP&I and R&D teams to scale AI in clinical development.

You will lead stakeholder discussions, set investment priorities, and drive alignment with enterprise AI goals, ensuring compliant deployment and measurable improvements in trial delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive the agentic AI transformation and enablement strategy for Development Operations, its multi-year roadmap and prioritisation across it, anchored to measurable clinical trial outcomes.
• Build and defend the investment case for transformation at scale, with clear ROI and payback logic, and enforce stage-gate discipline.
