Job summary

Stok is seeking an Embodied Carbon Service Group Director to lead our Embodied Carbon Service Group in North America. You will drive the 2026 vision, guide delivery on client engagements, and shape the team and go-to-market strategy for decarbonization programs across portfolios.

You will manage senior contributors, mentor staff, and collaborate with the VP to expand client relationships, ensure high-quality outcomes, and advance Stok's innovative decarbonization work.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a consulting environment with team management.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and standardizing workflows.
• Strong knowledge of embodied carbon market trends and accounting.
• LEED AP accreditation or related credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refine and execute 2026 vision for Embodied Carbon Service Group.
• Mentor team members and manage performance.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Support business development and proposal development.
• Maintain high-level visibility across projects.
