Job summary

Stok is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to join our Commissioning Team. You will lead commissioning projects with our close-knit team of engineers, coordinating design reviews, installation verifications, and system startup across high‑performance real estate programs.

You will review equipment installations, verify sequences of operation, manage submittals, and oversee MEP coordination, staff training, and testing to ensure projects meet performance and sustainability goals.

How We Support You

Compensation Range: $74,000-$125,000 based on market location and experience.

Location: This role’s preferred location is in San Francisco, San Diego, Denver or can be located anywhere in the U.S., or Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto or can be located anywhere in Canada.

Stok has a hybrid workforce across North America and globally. Although we have offices in San Francisco, San Diego, Denver and some co-working locations across the continent, we encourage team members to pursue a work from home, hybrid or in-person setup that works best for them. There are no mandated in-person working requirements.

As a Commissioning Project Manager, you will be responsible for running commissioning projects with our close-knit team of engineers. Responsibilities include completion of design reviews, facilitation of BOD/OPR integration, reviews of equipment installation (both existing and new construction), verification of system-level sequences of operation, submittal reviews, MEP coordination oversight, staff systems training management and overseeing component & system startup and functional performance testing.
